What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Where do we check-in?
No check-in is needed! We will text you the code to your door prior to arrival

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival for a refund minus a $25 cancelation fee per cabin . If you are within 30 days of your reservation your deposit will not be refunded, however it will be saved for a future reservation. If you are 7 days or less from your arrival date there is NO refund, rescheduling, or Credits. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a small fee of $25 per pet per night. You must inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet and breed must be approved. Pets must be crated if left in the cabin alone.
Pets must but on a leash when enjoying the outside grounds The Skipper is our only no pet cabins

Hot Tub Policies
HOT TUBS are only for cabin guest
HOT TUBS have locks and are only available to guest staying in connecting cabin
Any damage to HOT TUB or Cover will be charged to guest
Any unauthorized use of HOT TUB will result in additional charge and possible removal/banning of property

What should we do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, please call Bethany at 918-695-5108 immediately. For non-emergency issues, you can contact our management team at 918-782-6111. For medical emergencies please call 911

What amenities are included in the cabins?
Our cabins include fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Cable, air conditioning/heating, and more. Each Cabin is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans and misc. items and a outdoor grill. Keurig Coffee makers and coffee, cream & sugar. Cabins include all needed linens and towels.

What is there to do for fun on property?
We have corn hole, horse shoe’s. various board games inside cabins, and offer misc outdoor games
Upon request - guest have access to near by private club pool, restaurant, and bar

Are there any rules we need to follow during our stay?
Yes, we ask our guests to respect the property and the neighbors, keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, Please discontinue use of firepits and common area cabana by 11:00 PM. Children under 18 should not be left in a cabin unattended. All Cabins require a guest of 21 or over (we do not allow guest to rent separate cabins for their children) NO unapproved gatherings or parties
If you use the grill please let us know upon checkout so we can clean it

Do you offer long term rentals?
The maximum stay is 30 days - please inquire, discounts offered for stays over 7 days

Can you help me plan a romantic getaway?
Yes we can help with dinner reservations, special décor, and even some bubbly for the cabin!

What are some fun activities near the cabins?
The Drunken Rooster is 1 block away. They offer dining, live music, outdoor activities and a beautiful pool! Safe Harbor’s View Marina is just a block away. They offer a boat dock, boat and jet ski rentals. The Coves Golf Course is just a few blocks away. There is horse back riding about 20 min away Please inquire about other fantastic places and restaurants in the area!

Grand Lake is just across the street! You can access the lake at Safe Harbors View marina or various other locations
